Playbooks, toolkits, and downloadable resources are licensed to you for use inside your own organisation. That licence does not extend to redistribution outside it, resale, or use in materials you supply to your own clients.
Software and Tools
The software, code, and tools behind our services are proprietary. You may not reverse engineer or decompile them, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-Party Rights
Some content is licensed from third parties. Third-party trade marks and logos remain the property of their owners. The text of EU legislation is reproduced from official sources and is not our copyright.
Enforcement
We protect our intellectual property. Where materials are used outside this policy we will ask for the use to stop, and may pursue the remedies available under Irish and EU law.
