How We Operate
All engagements are covered by a signed confidentiality agreement and GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. All client data processing is configured for EU infrastructure (Ireland).
Morclear provides Virtual DPO and GDPR support services, including named DPO provision, documentation maintenance, breach response, and regulator liaison.

How We Use AI
Morclear uses the Anthropic Claude API to power our specialist compliance modules. All AI outputs are reviewed and approved by a Morclear compliance expert before delivery. AI generates drafts — humans make them defensible.
No client data is used to train AI models. API data is deleted within 7 days of processing. All data processing is configured for EU infrastructure.
